Yeah... that's why I didn't get it, honestly. He seems like a nice enough guy but he's got too much forehead and not enough hair and his face is very ordinary.

I think people responded to Felton's stage presence more than his appearance. He was arguably one of the better of the young actors.

Also, Draco was a bad guy but pathetic and human enough to be relatively innocuous and imminently shippable.

Obviously tastes vary, but this isn't rocket science.

I fully understand it's down to individual taste. I said *I* didn't get it in the sense that it doesn't appeal to me, not that I am soooooo dumb I need to have personal attraction explained to me. Jesus, this community sometimes...

Ohhh snap... except that I didn't say "I don't understand" and actually, a lot of people understand that's a phrase that signals someone can't see it personally, not that they have no concept of the nature of attraction and differing tastes.

"I never understood" and "I don't understand" are not significantly different in meaning

at the very least, i don't think you can act wronged when people respond to that post that way

I can't believe people would be attracted to someone who's incredibly arrogant and dickish but also pretty. Shocking. Have not seen this kind of behavior before in fandom or in real life. It's not like it's the plot of *checks notes* literally every single romance narrative targeted towards women.
