Not the opiner, but, while I don't think 10 is TERRIBLE, I do think he declined in a way I didn't enjoy. I love a lot of his episodes, but his finale definitely had me rolling my eyes and want him to just get on with regenerating already, and he and Rose definitely brought out the worst in each other.

It was definitely over-the-top but if we're judging the Doctors on the basis of the quality of their televised stories, 10 wouldn't even come close to the bottom.

This. I didn't dislike 10, but I wasn't a fan of how the storylines went and the whole thing with Rose got old super fast, even before the ridiculous ending.
