Living in Colorado this kind of thinking seems so weird. Legalized marijuana hasn't changed our day to day much. It's kind of crazy that we took so long to legalize it. I would say, it's better to transition from medical marijuana legalization before complete decriminalization. That reversed many people's views of marijuana use as something for slackers only. It also opened up a good conversation starter for kids to talk to their parents about why people use marijuana. Seriously, I would rather marijuana be legal rather alcohol.
