I personally don't see the point of/appeal in mind-altering substances in general, but at least with alcohol it's possible to consume it without any mind-altering effect so I'm okay with it being legal.

It's possible to consume marijuana without any mind-altering effect too. More easily than with alcohol, in fact, because you can misjudge your tolerance, but you can't get high on CBD oil.

...No, CBD is not psychoactive, so you literally cannot get high on it.
