I'm very sorry you're upset. I don't know what your relationship is like with your family, nor how you blew up... But as badly as you feel right now, things will get better. If it seems right to you, apologize and let them know how hurt you are by the argument. Try and make amends.
Everyone get's angry, especially with those closest to them. But it doesn't necessarily make you 'terrible' or a bad person by default, or at all.
People are allowed to make mistakes, because mistakes are inevitable to make, so wether or not this silly rambling helped. I do sincerely hope you feel better,
