Still scratching my head over this comment-turned-secret.

It's a controversial ship... but you want to enjoy it in a non-controversial way? Is that the issue?

I guess it would make more sense if there was some context as to why it was controversial in the first place.

...Peter/Tony? Idk, that’s the first that came to mind, but I’m not in MCU fandom generally or any pairings in specific.

So you like the ship, but with different dynamics than the rest of its fandom? Is that it?

(Anonymous) 2019-07-11 12:20 am (UTC)(link)
If so, that sucks bc you can't find fanworks that show what you like.

I gotcha. I ship Credence/Percival Graves. Some of the fans write those father/son AUs and under age stuff which is hugely gross to me. Plus, while I like the age difference, a lot of them focus on daddy kink, which is do not my thing. Normally I'd be YKINMK, but the pairing has a small following and fandom is full of trends that get copied, that I'm irrationally worried it will "infect" the rest of the fandom.

Sheith?

Okay, but you don't have to follow them back and see their content. Why not make your tumblr for the pairing?

this, im a bit confused what the concern is. you can just.... not be tumblr friends with those people.

i think i follow about 3 of my followers simply because most people's blogs don't interest me and no one has ever said anything about it.
