Off the top of my head? Gwen from Torchwood. I'm sure there's more, but she is a lasting hatred.

Oh, Gwen. I used to loath her, then I was kinda sorta okay with her (but she was still my least favorite) and now I'm at... indifferent hatred?
Probably cause she's literally the only character who got focus AND a happy ending (and STILL continues to gets focus cause ya know, she's still alive). Forever bitter.

I initially quite liked her, but then the thing with Owen (not so much the cheating, though that definitely didn't endear me to her), but the drugging Rhys so she could feel better about herself was just... nope.

And then the show continued to go on like she was the best of all of them. No, they all fucked up in ways, but the show seemed to acknowledge that with everyone BUT her.
