Romeo x Juliet, the anime. It's relevant only for the first third or so of the story, but the double-triple-quadruple disguise and the fact that Juliet manages to hang out with Romeo in her normal-boy disguise and as her secret identity-boy disguise is amazing.

Honorary mention to Ranma 1/2, which is very dear to my heart for mostly different reasons.
