For steampunk music, I highly recommend The Cog Is Dead.
For webcomics, The Glass Scientists (a retelling of the Jekyll and Hyde story) and Girl Genius are well worth looking up.

Hell yes to Girl Genius! It's one of my favorite webcomics of all time and was what got me interested in steampunk to begin with.
