I have never heard that before! I know I could just google it but do you mind if I ask what part Australia played?

We did a lot of basic stuff that NASA couldn't do when the crew were out of their satellite range. We also sent the landing footage to the USA so it could be broadcast.

That is extremely cool! Thanks for enlightening me. One of the greatest moments of human history for sure. :)

You're welcome! It definitely is a great achievement. Shame we can't seem to find the same drive and momentum to find solutions for things closer to home. We're capable of such incredible things when we have a shared goal.
