If I had the money I would hire a P.I. to snoop on your husband's lunch dates. This screams DANGER, WILL ROBINSON! to me. He thinks she's much more attractive than you, goes to lunch with her once a week but YOU haven't been on a date with him in ten years, you say?....

I mean, I have lunch with a specific co-worker every day, doesn't mean I'm sleeping with them...

You're missing the point. It's not just the isolated case of having lunch with a co-worker. It's having lunch with a co-worker regularly when you don't make the time to do the same with your spouse, it's announcing to your wife that this co-worker is hotter, then blamingyyour wife for being upset about that, it's that this dude borderline cheated on her already and made her feel like it was HER fault, etc.

Look at the whole picture.
