Lessee... For Marvel - Spiderman, Spider Woman, Doctor Strange, Hulk, X-Men (as a group, and then sub-favorites Beast, Kitty, Nightcrawler), She-Hulk, Daredevil. It's harder for DC because Marvel is better but I guess the Flash.

I don't think there's any superhero that I really strongly dislike, I think you can have a good take on any character. Also Doctor Doom is the best supervillain of all time.
