Belle Delphine is an "influencer" who got mainstream coverage for selling "gamer girl bathwater" for $30. The guy on the right is probably another "influencer."

so basically, she's a scammer

I'm not familiar beyond a headline article on The Guardian that I read when bored, just to be clear, but I heard her described more as a good-natured troll. As in, she plays up to being a gamer sex kitten but simultaneously is self-aware and makes outrageous pranks and jokes to her community. I understood the bath water thing was a joke responding to commenters saying things like "girl you're so hot I'd drink your bathwater". She also made a fake Pornhub account with videos titled "getting HAMMERED" and her hammering things (as in, with the tool), for instance.

She posts sexualized cosplay of herself as loli characters, even cosplaying as the titular Lolita from Nabokov's book.
