Let me preface this with I'm not a lawyer and I don't wish to frighten you, but if you're in the US, you don't want to fuck around with this. If he has a seizure and crashes and God forbid injures someone or worse, and it comes to light that he (and the rest of his family) has known about his issues, you most likely will be sued into oblivion, and he might even face prison, depending on what happens. If it's at all possible, talk to his doctors and alert them to what's going on. Maybe they can help. Good luck to you, I know what it's like to have to deal with an aging parent who is in denial about their health situation.
