IAWTC! I ship them so hard. Seriously, I get Dex/Brian and all, but it just doesn't appeal to me. Plus Deb is a babe, I don't care what the anyone else says (because apparently half the fandom hates her? idk.).

I love her, too. Plus, is it just me or does Deb always seem to be seeking Dexter's affection and attention? Like the hair thing. Granted, one could always say it's a brother/sister thing, but it's not hard to twist it into a ship: Deb getting so mad that Dex stepped out on Rita because Rita was "acceptable," being so crushed every time Dexter doesn't pay attention to her, feeling so betrayed when he decided to leave behind the daddy issues, the big angst bomb hanging over them with the possibility of Deb finding out about Dexter, etc. etc.
It's not even OTP for me, and I can still see someone doing great fic with it. Lol.
