I love seafood! I love a good baby spinach salad with 4 or 5 plump seared scallops and a balsamic vinaigrette dressing. I love coconut shrimp with sweet chili sauce. And it's hard to go wrong with hot, crispy fish and chips on a cold day. I like the smoked haddock chowder from Scotland, too, I believe they call it cullen skink.
