I like fish, especially mild fish like tilapia, flounder, and cod. I'll eat tuna and salmon. I like lobster and crab if it's really fresh and someone else has done the work of getting all the meat out. I can't stand shrimp or scallops, and I'm not big on clams, mussels, or oysters, either. Seafood can just be so rubbery and foul-tasting if it's not fresh and cooked well. That said, I'm bizarrely into tinned sardine fillets with hot sauce.
