Kyo Kara Maoh is the PG take on this. The only M/M relationship bothering Yuri is the one he's unwillingly part of - whenever else it comes up, he's just "oh, okay then" about it.

I'm afraid I might've made KKM sound like something it isn't, because there are maybe two other same-sex relationships mentioned at all. But, well, that's how our fish-out-of-water hero treats it, and IIRC there's a drama CD that might or might not imply that mpreg is a thing that happens in that world too.

The way Cheri and Wolfram treat Yuuri and Wolf’s engagement DEFINITELY makes me sure mpreg is a thing in their world. Especially since Wolf is so invested in fatherhood. I live for it.

To be 100% fair to Yuuri, it doesn't seem like he doesn't care about Wolfram (given how ballistic he goes over everything at the one point). It seems more like Yuuri is in extreme goddamn denial after a point.
