I haven't seen Brooklyn 99 season 6 and I'm kinda scared to. I loved the first 5 seasons, but the season 5 finale felt like a natural ending point. All of the characters were starting to get a little Flanderized and I really don't want them to drag it out until the show becomes crap. :(

I LOVE B99, and I will definitely watch Season 7, but I did feel like Season 6 kept Flanderizing characters, Amy especially. IDK, I didn't hate the season, but Season 5 was better. I'd be happy with it ending after this year.

Personally, I felt like the writing wasn't as strong in S6, especially when it came to the humor. I'm pickier than most about what humor I enjoy, and for me there were quite a few jokes in S6 that were more tiresome than funny.

I'm not liking the way they're taking things. The characters are starting to lose their charm, I think. Jake is solving every case by himself it seems, Boyle's there to get shit on, and I guess this is sorta(?) a spoiler, but I could not stand when Rosa walked out on a case just because her girlfriend was being selfish about her taking her job (which is really important actually) seriously. Same with Jake and Amy's argument about kids, as if Amy as obsessive compulsive as she is did not talk about this or had a binder of plans about it... (I did not like the solution to the episode either)
