I'm almost 100% sure that now that Shun is a girl they'll make Shun/Hyoga canon (and erase June existence).
I also think they'll make Milo a girl like they did in Legend Of Sanctuary movie (because they won't let it only men as gold saints) and make Camus/Milo canon as well. Which will make people even more angry because the ships that they have been shipping for years happens but only if it's het.
And talking about het ships they destroyed what is probably the biggest in the fandom, Marin/Aiolia now have a very creepy age gap
