I would not want to be the baby of an omegaverse couple. Too many comparisons to other things that come out of butts.

Also this occurred to me - I've heard of pregnant women accidentally pooping wile giving birth occasionally. Does this happen in omegaverse settings where someone gives birth through their butt?
