I guess the first one but only because the second one sounds so terrible. (It was OK in the movie but I don't want one.)

Portrait. I'd rather have it for my whole house but even just a single room is better than having an animated tattoo that doesn't serve any real purpose.

Magical portrait. Good way to protect my privacy. Plus, having a moving tattoo just sounds weird.

I don't really care for either, but I suppose the portrait? At least that might be vaguely useful. The tattoo, not so much.

Not that I want the portrait so much, but I don’t like tattoos even when they’re not of myself.

The magical tattoo is just too body horror. I'll take the portrait and if I don't like it, I'll just stick it in the attic.
