Part of Geralt's thing is swig a potion, get superhumanly ripped, and beat up on superhuman monsters.

Nah the only physical changes from the potion are his eyes and skin tone. Most of the effects aren't visibly noticeable, like the changed heart rate, better reflexes, stuff like that.
