Scratch that;; I just misread it.
Technically you could start a forum if you're posting it online (i know ff.net has something like that) for a writers critique/where do you think this'll go type thing. It's not really the same thing, but it could stir up something of what you're looking for. But that only helps depending of what/where you're posting...
