Left and right (still have trouble with this sometimes)

How to tie shoelaces not using bunny ears (though bunny ears is much easier and really should have been the standard)
That serving size on packaging labels is totally arbitrary
That 'avocado' doesn't have an 'l' in it.
That 'library' and 'February' both have more than one 'r' and you pronounce them both.
The way 'voilà' is spelled (I will say a fair amount of people do not appear to know this still)
I did not connect 'epitome' with people saying [əˈpidəmē] - I thought it was pronounced [əpiˈtōm] and that they were related, but not the same word.

Some dialects don't pronounce both r's in February. In standard American English, it's pronounced Feb-yoo-ary.

I still sometimes have to hold my fingers up in the L shape to remember which is left.
