I wear eight rings on my left hand, all either copper or silver. I never take them off. They don't come off in the shower, or when i wash dishes, etc. No issues and no, they/my hands are not dirty - soap and water go under the rings without any issue, and i just kind of move them a little and dry around/under them. (I wash my hands a lot; i work at a fire station with all men (gross) and i'm allergic to my cats, who i love and pet all the time.)

Not as hard as it seems! Get some rings and have fun.
