I'm sorry that happened to you anon.

I like it as a trope too. I have this very specific hurt/comfort fantasy. But in the fantasy, fantasy!me knows the difference between rape and sex. And since I fantasize a lot in real life, fantasy me uses fantasies, including sex fantasies, to cope with trauma when being kidnapped and raped/tortured/etc. Just going somewhere else with her mind kind of thing. So then she wants to have actual sex with her partner when she's free. Just to feel good again, to feel good touch and pleasure after suffering for so long.

Anyway, it is a thing I like to read in fics too, when done right.
