I just looked on Netflix again, and under the little conversation box where you can turn on subs, there's 'audio' on the left, and 'subtitles' on the right. Original German should be your first choice on the 'audio' side.

I don't know if you're in the US or not, but if you're not, it might be different elsewhere?
