Supernatural: either season 2 or 4, they're equally tied for me.

Buffy: season 5.

Friends: season 4, though season 6 is a very close second.

Sabrina the Teenage Witch: season 3.

Fresh Prince: all of it, I don't care about ur rules.

Frasier: ooof a hard one since I pretty much love it all, but maybe season 2? I'm not sure.
