Uh, I barely know what was going on myself but at some point, they shrunk Star Lord's ship, the Benatar? So when the Avengers concoct that plan to steal all the Infinity Stones before Thanos can get to them, Nebula and War Machine used the ship to get to Morag while Hawkeye and Black Widow went to Vormir after the Soul Stone.

Thanks. I had a vague inkling that there must have been a ship involved in getting the stones that weren't on earth, but I didn't remember how that happened and I definitely didn't remember seeing the miniature spaceship in the movie!
