The weekend is almost over. ;_;

I travelled back from my vacation place, stopped for some cake on my way home, unpacked my bags, caught up on some reading, then decided that cooking could wait until tomorrow morning after all.

Finished and posted the first part of my podfic. 50 hrs work to produce an hour of audio, lol.

Changed the flapper and fill valve on my toilet! I also got a Shiny Latias AND a Shiny Murkrow. ON THE SAME DAY!

My partner has the best luck with shinies and it frustrates me. :[ He got a shiny Nidoran on the way home from work today, sat down and immediately got a shiny Latios. Congrats to you though! My last shiny was a Poliwag which looks pretty much indistinguishable from a normal one.

I never get shinies unless it is on one of their Community Days. I audibly gasped both times.

I worked this weekend so I'm kind of looking forward to it being over! I'm having an OK day though. I want to take a long bike ride tonight but I'm not sure yet. I like to ride to a particular Starbucks but they start kicking people out way before they close, not that I blame them.

Very nice. I'm on my period so I'm not feeling it so much, but I showered and dressed (in a cute outfit) and my husband took me to brunch at Lazy Dog. It was good, I had their bacon and egg mac and cheese and lemon cake for dessert. Then we got tea at my favorite boba place, now I'm home chilling and watching preseason football, woohoo! Oh, and I'm off work tomorrow too!

I enjoyed what was probably the last day of summer here, seriously considered going no poo but decided to at least use up the rest of my expensive shampoo before it, did some impromptu decluttering of my living room shelves, watched some five or six episodes of Legend of Korra.

I'm on day two of my cold.
I ran out of ginger ale.
Hopefully I'll be better soon.
Bleah.

Sucky. I'm broke, I'm bored and I almost lost my favorite T shirt this morning.

Fine, but the batteries in my smoke alarm are running low, so it beeps every now and then. It's annoying, but I don't want to go out into the heat right now to buy batteries, so I'll just try and block it out.

It is going pretty good, actually.

My kitten is limping and I'm very concerned for her. If this doesn't stop in the morning, I'm taking her to the vet.

I hope she's okay, and better by morning!

Not very good but instantaneously better once I came on here!

I don't wanna go to work tomorrow uuuuuugh...

Went for dinner with two friends so overall it was pretty good.
