Poached on good fried bread (wheat with seeds and things), or scrambled with cheese and bacon.

Fried only. And it all has to be solid. Otherwise eggs gross me out.

in a dish like oyakodon or fried rice - beaten and then poached in dashi mmm so nice.

I've never taken to fried eggs. At first I thought it was the taste of the yolk but no it's actually the oily flavor of the white as it takes on the oil or butter, whatever it's fried it.

Eggs Benny is my favorite way to eat eggs. Otherwise, I like fried over easy if I can have the egg on toast. If I have to eat it plain, then I like hard boiled. I

like eggs most ways, but they can't be glucky. The white has to be entirely set, and I strongly prefer if the yolk is only at between 50% and 80% runniness.

Anything but omelets (or it has to have loads of potatoes and cheese in it--I guess it's a texture things because I like scrambled?) and I prefer soft-boiled.

Soft boiled or over easy on buttered toast, maybe sprinkled with pepper or Trader Joe's Everything but the Bagel Seasoning.
