101. Karin is one of my favorite characters too. If KT ever actually returns to her and gives her the awesome she deserves, I'll be forced to actually pick up the series again.

I too find Nia more personally inspiring than Kamina, though I don't have the background you do.

135. Picture is oddly unrelated to the secret, as whether or not you ship Sasuke/Sakura, Sasuke has never been "possessive" towards Sakura and goes out of his way to avoid being violent or aggressive towards her.

...Fandom pet peeve. But I think it's good that you've at least noticed this trend, and it means you're likely to notice if whatever hot bad boy you get into really does veer into abusive territory. Assuming you even wind up actually liking bad boys in real life--a lot of people find that their fandom/celebrity crushes aren't that much like the people they fall for after all.

148. I'm a twenty-three-year-old woman and I turn into a puddle of goo whenever Nia is involved. I can spout reasons I love her all day, but in the end it just comes down to OMG NIA SO CUTE AND PRETTY SHE MAKES ME SO HAPPY.

I would pick up Bleach again if he drops most of the Soul Society cast, makes the action come back to Earth, gives everyone cool clothing, adds more school-life quirkiness and gives Ichigo, Orihime, Rukia, Ishida and Chad their personalities.

Fuck. Talking about Bleach is kinda depressing because it used to be genuinely very good. ;_;

Oh well, at least the Nia love is lovely and cheerful enough to make me forget.

I didn't even mind Soul Society that much, although I could do without half the new characters introduced there. It did give me my OTP, after all. But the Arrancar? Yeeeeah. That was just too much for me. YOU HAVE ENOUGH CHARACTERS, KT, USE THE ONES YOU'VE GOT. I miss how awesome Rukia was during the early series, I want to see her and Ichigo interact with Orihime and each other, and dammit but I'll never stop wishing Karin and Chad got more pagetime together.

The Nia love today is adorable.

I would've liked the SS arc a lot more if the setting wasn't just generic Japanese after-life. What made me read Bleach in the first place was the fun and lively design work. But Soi Fon, Yourichi, Mayuri and Kenpachi can stay, they were pretty cool. And, IMO, it wasn't only Rukia. The entire main cast was much better during the early chapters. Orihime was funny and endearing rather than angsty, Ichigo wasn’t as bland, Rukia had some cool groove going on and Chad wasn't just a punching bag to show how strong the new villains are. Kubo needs to understand that introducing new characters just downgrades the older characters.
