Thankfully, they are not painful. But they are getting much bigger. So I want to get them gone while they are smaller since it will cost less.

No. I don't know what the OP has, but I had pilar cysts on my scalp.

Hey, I had this done last year. Except my doctor just did them one at a time. The removal itself wasn't so bad (really, didn't feel a thing but pressure), but afterwards was annoying. I had stitches for two weeks, for each one of them. Sure, it was just a little spot, but it was something to be careful around, which made hair washing super annoying.
