De-aging, especially combined with hurt/comfort.

Kidfic (single parent/accidental baby acquisition/kid you didn't know about).

Fics that address mental issues (especially PTSD/Depression). Especially if the character tries to hide their problems because they don't want to make a big fuss.

Just hurt/comfort in general. THat is my largest tag on Ao3 for "Additional Tags" (by a lot).

Yes. Especially if there are weird rumours being told about that character and they decide to fuck with people by adding even more outrageous rumours on top of everything.

Basically anything with a well executed redemption arc

Ex-villain joins the heroes and turns out to be a bit of a dork

Hurt/comfort. I like the sexual version, but I also like the completely non-sexual version. Just give me all the comfort. All the hurt too, but I like all the comfort after.

Overcoming hateful family and putting them out of their lives, because they decide what relationships/love are important in their lives.
