Lance Alvers, from X-Men: Evolution. He actually had a a fairly main part in the show, and episodes dedicated to him. But he is essentially an OC, (Avalanche is a character, but he's not 'Lance Alvers') I'd pretty much adore anything new about the Evolution Brotherhood in general, though I'm almost too afraid to wish for it since Disney/Marvel owns the rights now. (and I hate what they did to the Maximoff twins)
