Game of Thrones. The ending is so bad, it just isn't worth it.

I just pretend it ended at 8.3. Though tbh, I can't decide if it's better to believe everything worked out and Cersei was taken out in a satisfying manner, or to pretend the wights killed everyone mid-episode and then headed toward Kings Landing before conquering the rest of the world.

I think I read a really good fic that was like 1000% better than the show. But it might have been Jonsa? BUT it also had Arya actually use her Faceless Men training and Bran his warging.

Thank goodness for fix-it fic. Because ain't no guarantee there'll be anything else.

I think it had issues right from the start but the ending promised to be epic so we all overlooked them at the time.

8.3 lulled us into a false sense of security.

I figured it probably wouldn't be as epic as everyone wanted, but jfc I did not expect it to be that shit, though I did actually kinda enjoy watching it get worse every week.

My sister and I were so sad. 8.3 was the only episode to bring me happiness. And that was all ofr Brienne.

The inability to see anything going on was a warning of things to come...

But yeah that episode was actually pretty good and very enjoyable, and then they just... did that in the rest of the episodes like. Wow.

Remembering the last season feels like remembering a fever dream. Can't quite believe everything that happened was for real.

AND WHY THE HELL ARE THE ACTORS FERVENTLY DEFENDING IT I DON'T UNDERSTAAAAAAAAAAND

It's like everyone lost their goddamn minds. Or maybe it's in the contract that they have to lick D&D's balls over every shitty decision, while D&D laugh all the way to the bank and get to do the same thing to fucking Star Wars while idiots reward them.

Also, note to the defenders: It's not the ending itself, it's the lazy writing, the hack job, the jump from one point to another with little to no explanation. Especially when they were explicitly given a chance to NOT DO THIS. That's exactly what it is, and you KNOW it, so stop insulting the fans by pretending we don't appreciate the work done by the cast and crew.
