(Anonymous) 2019-08-30 03:04 am (UTC)(link)If you’ve done slow “belly breaths” in PT and it’s not too painful, lying on the back or in a modified above position and doing those may be something to try?
Sometimes if I can’t lie down (at work or commuting) or just can’t deal with doing anything else, sitting on a chair on a cushion or folded towel and just feeling the “sit bones” relaxing to a more open position has also helped.
