I especially have zero sympathy for Scorpia, whose background seems to be "girls at magical princess school were mean to me so I joined the very very obviously evil Horde". Like, I'm not up to date, but has she ever expanded on that at all? Or is it just 'vague implication of bullying'?

IIRC her kingdom was overtaken by the horde and she didn't fight that because she didn't have allies and was just remember at the princess ball that she never quite fit in with the other girls vs calling it bullying.

She also said it was her whole family that never fit in and was treated badly by the other kingdoms because of it. That's a lot darker than just some of the other princesses being mean to her at princess school (I mean, that probably happened, but it was only a symptom of the problem and not the problem itself). She's the only person we've met in the Horde who has a good reason to believe princesses are the bad guys. To her family and kingdom, that's exactly what they were.

That's still no excuse for supporting the Horde's tactics and goal of world domination, and definitely no excuse for supporting Catra.
