(Anonymous) 2019-09-02 08:01 am (UTC)(link)As I said in my comment below, I didn't fully flesh out the characters much, much less their motivations for wanting Mr. Boddy dead, but Plum's reaction in the cell, plus how he seems shocked to have killed Boddy when he fired the gun, made me more inclined to think of him as a generally nice, nerdy guy who either killed Boddy accidentally (with the gun) or only after being pushed to the brink and seeing no other option. But as I said, I prefer the smarter, more wiry guys to the big, strapping athletic types like Mr. Green, so I think I was just projecting.
Regarding ROMS, I'm afraid I can't help you there. I played games like Clue and Claw when they first came out on CD-ROM (hence my confusion), and I still have older laptops that can run them, so I play them via CD and not via download. Assuming I can do it legally, though, maybe I should look into that option. Those laptops won't be around forever...
