I think that can be part of it, but also should include learning things like sex can be fun, sex (and masturbation) should feel good, sex should be enjoyable for both (or all) participants—and not just or primarily because it gives some women power over some men.

I mean, if power over men is most/all of what a woman gets out of sex, that sounds really boring for her and in a fictional context sounds like she’s some kind of femme fatale, which is a weird trope to invoke for a presumably young teen girl just figuring out sex.
