I absolutely agree, I was so bummed when Nick wasn't romanceable. Especially since the default name for the female mc is Nora. Like what the hell guys? You can't do a play on 50's culture, have these names, and not have it be a reference to the movie 'The Thin Man'.

There was a vanilla mod for a Nick Valentine romance (available for XBox 1 and Bethesda.Net). It was quite well done, too! They used pre-cut voiceovers and adapted the mod smoothly into the rest of the game (without any of the bugs or breakage of some of the mods out there - even the highly popular ones). It was a fun mod! I don't know if it is still up, but I would definitely check it out if you have the XBox version.

I've only ever had 2 robot crushes: Data and Optimus Prime. I've seen Brent Spiner without his Data stuff and he doesn't do a thing for me, lol. As for Optimus Prime the voice is a big part of the attraction but it's also his character I just freaking love him, so much! Well, you know ... as much as one can love a fictional persona, lol. I did make a distinction between Data and Optimus - I'd do Data but I just want to be in the presence of Optimus in a more than friendly way but not sex, if that makes sense. Can it even make sense since they're both fictional? IDEK. I saw the secret and got excited to participate for once, lol.

Speaking of Nick Valentine I honestly found Curie as a robot a lot more attractive than Curie as a synth
