Omg The Land Before Time. I made fun of my mom for crying when Little Foot's mom died, but I was just very good at hiding my tears. "I'm five! I'm not a baby who cries at everything!", I would say.

And don't get me started on Where the Red Fern Grows. D:

I was pretty much traumatized by that movie as a kid. :D It didn't help that even before seeing it I used to have nightmares about my mom leaving me and my dad. :( But, yeah, it made me cry then and it still makes me cry now.

I read it once and refused to read it ever again. D:

Aw, I used to have those dreams when I was little. I think a lot of kids do around the age that they start going to school, because it's like you're being sent away from your parents.

We had to read it in second grade. I don't know wtf my teacher was thinking, but we were all crying.

I also recommended TLBT in my post, and I agree - the part where Little Foot's mom dies? God, I sob. Every time ;______; FFFFFFFFFF, I'm tearing up again!! Stupid, sad, good movie...

I had nightmares as a kid that my parents didn't love me. I always woke up crying.

By the way, what's "Where the Red Fern grows"? I don't think I've heard about that book before. What is it about?

It's about this boy who gets two puppies to use as raccoon-hunting dogs. They do some coon-hunting costest, and they run into a mountain lion. Old Dan dies, and Little Ann dies a few days after him, because she lost the will to live.
