Oh, thanks! What essays did you read, if I may?

I wish the Zutarians it pissed off would recognize that it was a tribute to their imagination and their tremendous support of the show, even when their perception was a little off.

I read the one you linked on someone elses essay, one refuting every claim of proof you had at the time. Another one I read was where you were retorting an angry Zutara fan's criticism of the show. You did a great job! I get so sick of..all the whining, really.

Yeah what they don't realize is most fandom creators don't interact with their fans on nearly the same level. I swear Mike and Bryan tried to give them at least some credit, but alas...nope. Bryke hates them.

Oh, you read my angry anti-Zutara rants! Yeeeeah, I had a lot of those...

Reminds me a lot of the Harry/Hermione fiasco, but then I never understood why "anvil-sized hints" is all that offensive.

So, question.

Why Nel/Nnoitra? Maybe it's just that I have a problem with ol' spoon-head, but I don't get it and I'm curious.

And don't worry MOST dislike ol' spoony head. Nnoitra can be an asshole, but it's really Nnoitra's relationship with Nell that redeemed him for me. JUST READ IT.

I would read more? I don't know. One day I came into Avatar fandom, the very same day I said "..hey could you not bash maiko? I just want to enjoy my ship" and this ANGRY ZUTARA FAN bit my head off about how I bash her ship and I'm like...I just came to fandom dood!

It's not just that he's an asshole, it's also that his whale teeth frighten me.

And yeah, that's a typical response. WEIRDLY ENOUGH, I never see the same kind of bashing from Maiko fans.

Yeah but I got used to it with enough fanart, haha. But the essay pretty much sums it up for me, can't say much more.
