101 - Well, at first I wanted to say "hey, I'm catholic and I don't have a problem with it, being a fan of slash myself" but then I remembered that not all catholics are like that. Maybe you just want to start of with saying "did they give off gay vibes or what?" or "man, that was gay" to something with a hell of a lot of subtext and checking for her reaction.

140 - I know what you mean :(

165 - I read that Bermudez Triange when I was. . . eleven, I think? Plus a few others that dealed with homosexuality. I dunno, but I'm still straight as a ruler today. Then again, I was an open-minded kid that was hard to influence.

168 - It'd help if you took the internet a bit less seriously.

Yeah, I definitely consider myself Catholic as well, as much as I disagree with a hell of a lot about the religion, but the community we come from is chock-full of seriously bible-thumping, fundamentalist families with like fifteen kids. It truly was a terrible place to grow up, and I can confidently say I am one of the most liberal, open-minded kids in my generation. My friend is amazing, but we disagree on a lot of issues. We respect each other and never let it come between us, but it really bothers me that I can't talk to her about what is truthfully a big part of my life.
