I've been very fortunate, so the worst thing was cracking a few ribs. That in an of itself wasn't too bad... I mean, everything hurt. It hurt to breath, hurt to sit, hurt to swallow, hurt to lie down, hurt to walk, etc... but the worst pain of it was sneezing. I don't recommend sneezing with bum ribs.
