The gender pronouns are wrong (which is something that bugs me). Plus, the lyrics are pretty explicitly about a school teacher, and I'm not really into AUs for this pairing.

That said, I could totally see Peter listening to this song and feeling some kind of way. I can also picture it coming on in the lab while Tony's working and suddenly he just...needs to drink himself unconscious, and possibly stop returning Peter's texts for three months.
