I've kind of wanted to try Synsepalum dulcificum (miracle fruit, miracle berry, miraculous berry, sweet berry) or Thaumatococcus daniellii (miracle berry; also katamfe or katempfe, Yoruba soft cane, and African serendipity berry). The fruit that makes sour things taste sweet.

You can get tablets made of the freeze dried fruit from amazon; I buy them every year as stocking stuffers. They work well.

It makes everything taste a little sweet.

In my experience it's not nearly as incredible or trippy as advertised, but it was still pretty cool.
