Newsflash, health and weight aren't actually direct correlations. Being as beefed up as Thor normally is ALSO is unhealthy for a human, as it requires an unnatural diet and exercise regiment that stresses out the body like whoa.

A healthy human body generally has a degree of fat to it. That's just biology.
