IMO, it's more complicated than that. You don't say these things to a stranger, no. But parents who are concerned about their kid's welfare and tell them to eat something healthy isn't child abuse. It's not sensitive or tactful, but nothing is said about Thor's weight. It's a reminder - from his mother who loves him, who he loves and trusts and values - to eat healthy, because there's nothing wrong with a healthy diet.
